These terms cover orders from the PGPR Team Store, a student-run store at Prince George's Park Residence, NUS. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Pre-orders

We sell in pre-order rounds. Each round has a stated closing date. Production starts after the round closes, and items are ready about 3 to 4 weeks later. These times are estimates, not guarantees. We email you when your order is ready.

Prices

All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

Payment

Online payment is coming soon. Once it's live, you pay in full at checkout, and your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund until the round closes. After that, orders can't be cancelled because items are made to order. If we can't fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund you in full. Faulty or misprinted items are replaced or refunded. The details are on cancellations & returns.

Pickup

We don't ship. Orders are collected at PGPR, as described on the pickup page. We hold orders for 30 days after the ready email. After that, contact us to arrange collection.

Product images

Images on this site are previews. Final items may differ slightly in colour, print placement and detail.

Liability

If something goes wrong with an order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Singapore law that can't be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
