We collect only what we need to make and hand over your order. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Order details: what you bought, sizes, amounts and order number
• Collection info: when and by whom your order was picked up

We never see or store your full card details.

Why we collect it

To fulfil your order and to contact you about it, for example to tell you it's ready, or if a round is cancelled.

Who processes it

A payment provider will process payments once online payment launches, and we'll name it here. Vercel hosts this website and may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security. Either may store data outside Singapore, under their own privacy policies. We share your data with no one else.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the pre-order round and for our accounts. Then we delete them.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing this site saves in your browser is whether you've turned the sound off.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email shop@pgpresidence.com and we'll reply within 2 working days.
