We don't ship. Every order is collected at Prince George's Park Residence.

When it's ready

Items are ready about 3 to 4 weeks after the pre-order round closes. We email you when your order is ready to collect. Please wait for that email before coming down.

Where to collect

Pick up from the PGPR front desk. For bigger rounds we may also run collection sessions, and we'll announce the dates and place in the ready email.

What to bring

Show your order confirmation email on your phone. That's all we need.

Sending a friend

A friend can collect for you. They just need a screenshot of your order confirmation email.

How long we hold it

We hold orders for 30 days after the ready email. After that, email shop@pgpresidence.com and we'll arrange a time.
