Cancellations & returns

Everything here is made to order in pre-order rounds. That shapes what we can and can't take back.

Before the round closes

Change your mind? Cancel any time before the round's closing date and we refund you in full, no questions asked. Email shop@pgpresidence.com with your order number.

Size changes are free until the round closes too. Same email, tell us the new size.

After the round closes

Once a round closes, we send the order to production, so we can't cancel it. Your item is being made for you.

One exception. If we can't fulfil your order, we cancel it and refund you in full. That can happen if a round doesn't reach the supplier's minimum quantity, or if something goes wrong in production. We'll email you if it does.

Faulty or misprinted items

Tell us within 7 days of pickup and include a photo of the problem. We'll replace the item or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Wrong size after close

If it doesn't fit, email us. We'll try to swap it from spare stock, but we can't promise it, since we only make a few extras.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
