When will I get my order?

We sell in pre-order rounds, each with a closing date. Production starts after the round closes, and items are ready about 3 to 4 weeks later. We email you when yours is ready.

How do I pay?

Online payment is coming soon. Once it's live, you pay in full when you order. Prices are in SGD.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time before the round closes, for a full refund. Email shop@pgpresidence.com with your order number. After the round closes we can't cancel, because your item is made to order. More on cancellations & returns.

What if it doesn't fit?

Check the size chart first. You can change sizes for free until the round closes. After that, email us and we'll try to swap from spare stock, but we can't promise it.

What if my item is faulty?

Tell us within 7 days of pickup with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it.

Do you ship?

No. Every order is collected at PGPR, from the front desk or at an announced collection session. See pickup.

Can a friend collect for me?

Yes. They just need to show a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
